DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design application available on iOS, Android, and the web. The Service allows you to upload photos of rooms and receive AI-generated design suggestions and transformations. The Service may include free and paid features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content
Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
Your content does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of DecorAI require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment provider (managed by RevenueCat). Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

AI-generated designs created through the Service may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to any usage limits in your subscription plan.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements, be accurate, or be suitable for construction or renovation purposes. Always consult with a qualified professional before making significant changes to your home.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
